The Help Desk is part of the total Elematic services concept which allows us to offer the best possible service coverage to both new and existing customers.
A small problem somewhere in the production chain may sometimes bring your machinery to a complete halt or close to it. Finding and fixing the cause of the complication is now easier than ever.

The Help Desk can also remotely contact the Elematic machines that have installed hardware.

This service is to give help from experts and fast assistance solving a problem like:
- troubleshooting
- operating problems
When contacting the Help desk make sure you have following information readily or easily at hand:
- machine type
- information from the machine plate (Type, TL-, and P numbers, etc..)
- a clear description of the problem - how the problem appears and in what circumstances, and how often
