Elematic offers a TOP quality service concept - three levels of service agreements to choose from. All Elematic service packages come with a unique feature - peace of mind.

Entering an agreement based on partnership with Elematic is a tool for preventive maintenance and continuous development of precasting equipment, targeting optimum performance. The agreement provides a solid foundation for proactive maintenance operations. Select the service package that suits you best!

Level 1: Troubleshooting

Designed for more experienced precast production companies. Problem solving is available via Help Desk and possibly also remotely.

Level 2: Operation

Specially designed for companies with some precast production experience. Includes regular service visits with maintenance training by Elematic specialists  according to customers' needs. Priority is given in service orders.

Level 3: Performance

Specially designed for companies with very little or no precast production experience, Elematic provides a tailored training program to teach workers and production management. An extended warranty for Elematic-supplied machinery is also supplied.
